Water-cooled chilled (or heated) water modular unit

Suitable for water-cooled chilled (or heated) water modular units, each baseboard can control 6 compressors (with options ranging from 1 to 6), thereby forming three independent refrigeration systems. Each refrigeration system can be configured with either one or two compressors. The three refrigeration systems share a single heat-source-side water pump, a single air-conditioning-side water pump, and a single cooling-tower fan. By adjusting the operating mode and switching the external water circuit, heating functionality can be achieved; during mode transitions, the air-conditioning-side water pump and its flow switch, as well as the heat-source-side water pump and its flow switch, remain unchanged. Modules communicate with one another via RS485, and an optional network interface card can be added to connect to network devices for remote monitoring using the Modbus protocol. A Chinese-character LCD display with backlit color that automatically changes according to the operating mode is provided, and the unit can be mounted on the unit control cabinet. DI protection inputs: 16 channels, all opto-isolated, for protecting against high-voltage and low-voltage abnormalities in the unit; protection input voltage: DC 12 V. DO outputs: 11 active outputs and 1 passive output, totaling 12 relay groups (AC 220 V/5 A). AI inputs: 5 analog channels, all temperature-type. Physical dimensions: GX6AC: 185 mm × 108 mm × 33 mm (maximum overall dimensions); GX6BP: 173 mm × 120 mm.
