Air-cooled multi-parallel direct-expansion unit

This system is suitable for multi-system air-cooled direct-expansion units (air-cooled cooling/heating). It operates in coordination with a wired remote controller—either the TJ81C or TJ82C—along with an indoor-unit control board, the TJ83P, and multiple outdoor-unit control boards, the TJ84P. The system can control up to eight compressors (options: 1–8) and six electric-heating groups (options: 1–6), with eight independent refrigeration circuits and six electric-heating groups sharing a single indoor fan. It features an RS485 remote-control port and supports the Modbus communication protocol, facilitating integration with other networked devices. Both remote controllers feature LCD displays with backlight colors that change according to the operating mode, and the TJ81C can be flush-mounted on the unit’s panel. The indoor-unit control board, TJ83P, includes: - DI protection inputs: eight channels, all opto-isolated, for unit fault protection and interlock control; protection input voltage: DC 12 V. - DO outputs: nine active outputs and one passive output, totaling ten relay sets (for resistive loads at AC 220 V/5 A). - AI inputs: ten analog channels, all for temperature measurement. The outdoor-unit control board, TJ84P, includes: - DI protection inputs: six channels, all opto-isolated, for high-pressure, low-pressure, and other fault protections; protection input voltage: DC 12 V. - DO outputs: six active outputs (for resistive loads at AC 220 V/5 A). - AI inputs: three analog channels, all for temperature measurement.
